Carolina Nogueira | Community Manager

My passion for people leads me to work for more than 10 years as an IT/SAP project manager for multinational companies such as IBM and Accenture, where I applied specialized mindfulness and coaching techniques to develop new leaders and solve critical team and client issues. I also partook in people management using coaching, mentoring, and feedback techniques, which included both employees and managers of the IBM Global Business Service team.


I am certified in life coaching, communications and graduated in computer science. I have spent the last ten years studying self-development, leadership, coaching and mindfulness.


In 2018 I left my life behind in Brazil to start a new journey in Canada. I wanted to be able to communicate in a new language, learn a new culture and experience different things in life. During this experience, I began to work as a community manager for Okanagan coLab to create connections in the entrepreneurial world, learn new skills and help people during their journey. I also started my entrepreneurial life as Your Mindfulness Coach.


I help people to extract the best version of themselves using my communication skills to create meaningful connections and generate more happiness in the world.
