As the sole staff member I coordinate all aspects of our programs and hire contract staff where needed. I work closely with an amazing board of directors on all aspects of the organizations work.

We program the Music in the Park summer concert series in West Kelowna and the West Kelowna World Music Festival, and have done so since 2013.

We coordinate artist development workshops for artists and creatives from various disciplines to help support sustainable career and a vibrant arts community in the central Okanagan.

We are a growing organization looking to gain capacity to support our community further.
